Hi all,

i will be flying from LHR to CPT soon and will stay in South Africa for 2 weeks. The flight is in F and it looks like i can check in at least 4 bags.
We will also take a series of domestic flights under a separate PNR. All operated by Comair. it is BA ticket and BA flight numbers. There i am limited to 2 bags as those flights are all booked in economy.

Now it looks like we will have 3 bags per person as we need to take a lot of things. is there a way for BA to merge the Y booking to the F booking so that i don't need to pay for excess luggage?
