As azepine00 pointed out you can normally get very good rate from Disneyland Hyatt and OK from Irvine. You can try booking through their website or if you feel more adventorous through Priceline.

You could also try the Hyatt Newporter. It is closer to both Tustin and 405 than Newport Beach one. I spent there quite a few nights in June when doing my Hyatt run.
