The pro site page doesn't specifically address this, but rather uses language below. The term "SkyMiles Credit" is undefined and ambiguous. When I search the term "SkyMiles Credit" on the pro site, it is only used on this page and its parallel "Extra Seat - Cabin Baggage" (the cello example), so that's no help in defining. I read that term to include miles, but just MQD would also meet the definition of SkyMiles credit? And thinking more about it, if an extra seat did qualify for full SkyMiles Credit, I'd expect they'd be a popular end-of-year strategy to make qualifying thresholds.
