I was looking to book Pullman Liverpool (UK) with the 3=2 promo. Unfortunatly, when I tried to book on the last day of the promotion, the 3=2 rates were removed.
I booked 3 days for 438€ but I found a better deal on lastminutes.com wich was a bit higher than the 3=2 rate (360€ with lastminutes), but still cheaper than Accor's rate.
I submitted a BRG on last friday, and it was approved today.
I must say I feel lucky with accor BRG as my last 3 request were approved.
