If you're approved for a NEXUS card then you should be able to use the Global Entry kiosk and line in the US. You might have to scan either your Nexus card or your permanent residence card I'm not sure how it works for Canadian PRs. (I'm the opposite as I'm a US permanent citizen and when I use the NEXUS or GE kiosks I have to use my PR card, not my passport or NEXUS card.)
