We were in CE and the birthday card I had for him, on the front, had a 1960's style cabin crew saying to a passenger 'Happy Birthday, now **** off back to economy'. The Captain had great pleasure giving this card to my B.I.L and sat with him for a chat for a few minutes as well.
I bought that card for a friend of mine (didn't present it to her on a plane though) because her and her partner fly business/first whenever they travel long haul but have no status because they do it all on points.
