Operating carrier counts. The translation of the codeshare/marketing carrier booking class happens thru mysterious ways, UA economy fare usually map 1:1 to LH booking classes.

If issued on 016 stock the award and status miles are the same. So go to Great Circle Mapper to measure your segment lengths and use the booking class multiplier you found on M&M.com. Exce bonus due to SEN status in 25% of distance flown.
