My wife and I flew LHR-EWR-LHR in F in February, absolutely amazing crew on both legs. It was a surprise trip for my wife to celebrate her 40th and on the outbound she was given a bottle of LPGS and after mentioning upcoming surgery on the inbound was given a bottle of rose champagne. The outbound especially was brilliant for us infrequent flyers with a middle seat set up to dine together as we were in the windows, we were looked after very well indeed and the reason we will be back, hopefully the guy in 3F who banged his cutlery on the table to get the crews attention (They were in the galley and he did this for continuously for a while) will not be, but the eye roll from the crew as they passed me was brilliant.
