Traveled to Prague yesterday and there were 4 (well behaved) stag groups. The CSM took a small bottle of champagne to each of them, did personal greetings and to me said let’s hope we don’t get a diversion today so clearly had a note of my feedback following the Gibraltar do and welcomed someone on board as their first flight as a Silver member. All in all an excellent CSM it is these touches that make a difference.
