Use of ET Shebamiles Platinum vouchers
Hi All,
Has anyone been able to use two vouchers to upgrade both legs of a round trip ticket from economy to business?
Mrs got advised by an ET employee that you can only use one voucher per booking, meaning you cannot use two vouchers for upgrading a return ticket. She was then forced to buy a round trip ticket with paid business one way and Y the other, in order to fly in business both ways.
Sounds very odd to me.
Any else experienced the same?
