Yes, you can add both your BA and LH numbers to the booking. Call CX, LH, or BA to add them. Should only take one call, to whichever airline you choose, but you’ve got the other airlines as backup if needed.
All three airlines are in Amadeus and can access the reservation/add frequent flyer details.
