Here's a warning to all JFK and ORD travellers: there's currently a satellite malfunction over the Atlantic. Reportedly this has been going on for almost a week now, and there's no schedule when it should be fixed. FAs have a map of the area outside wifi coverage, but there's no official info anywhere, quite to the contrary actually, since OLCI tries to sell wifi to pax...

On the JFK and ORD routes, there is currently no wifi available west of Norway. Wifi starts becoming available once you reach the USA.
