I had the same problem with AS
They credited all my filghts bar one which they credited to their own frequent flyer club
I rang AS and they released the points back
I then rang BEAC and they credited me
The biggest sticking point is you need to prove fare class for each leg
Hopefully you still have your reservation confirmations and you can copy and paste these into emails to BEAC
