Of course the simplest is, as I have noted several times in the forum already is to carry only two prong chargers internationally. Dell and HP and perhaps a few other who-cares-about-those laptop makers first party chargers are three prong and so are some Lenovo but for <=90W the replacement is very easy. Of course, if you are hauling around a mobile workstation with a 170W brick, that rarely will be two prong (although Lenovo does sell a two prong 170W!). Then you don't need to bother with Schuko, Italian whatever, just a simple two prong adapter will work.
