Best for tourists on riverboat cruise packages, perhaps, but most locals would absolutely hate that location (especially during the summer) due to the crowds of package tourists.

All three Marriott properties are exceptionally well located. For people who know Budapest better (and are not on riverboat package tours), both the RC and NY Palace (former Boscolo) would IMO be preferred.

Unfortunately, Budapest is following Prague as a city that has become absolutely overrun with tourists.
