I'm assuming you live in the United States. If you don't my suggestion won't work. Anyway, I like low profile Schuko adapters. They're lightweight, fit inside the wall plug, and they're dirt cheap.
Here's a 6-pack of them for $7. Hard to beat. The only downside is that they're so low-profile you may leave them behind. So don't take just one!
