Free Day Cert-Must go to counter?
I just received my free day Certificate and it looks different from what I used to get. So I read the back and it says "Intended recipient of certificates must go to the Hertz counter to show ID at the time of rental". That would reduce the value of PC status as I really just want to get into my car and go. I don't want to stand in line or chat with anybody.
Has anybody used these certs in 2019 AND was made to stand in line or could you just pick your car and drive off as usual?
