I will assume that you are from the USA since you neglect to mention your country and, sad to say, it corresponds to the trope. Apologies if wrong!

Your laptop and phone charger do not need a voltage converter, unless it's a laptop from before 1999. A universal or US/EU continental plug adapter should suffice. Buy these before you go if possible to ensure peace of mind.

Shavers should be fine too but most hair dryers aren't. Check the voltage supported which should always be written on your device (its the same for laptops). I dont recommend travelling with a converter as they are heavy and bulky. Not for a hair dryer. Get a travel model or buy one abroad.
