LUX hasn't changed in recent years other than the addition of e-gates. You do go fully landside but it's a small airport and very easy to do. Check the recently retired thread for photos and the lounge location, which does fox some travellers, it's the same floor as security.

I think there is a case for paying extra for AMS, it is foolproof. LUX is LHR T3.
