Flew DUB-LHR last week, no greeting and rude service when I wanted to buy food of the cart. When I pulled out the gold card to pay with Avios the tune changed, and they came back to my seat 2 more times to ask if there was anything I needed. Then I got on BA0179 to JFK, a whole new mess. No greeting, and the staff was dismissive. I was seated in WT+ (old), and asked to charge my phone in Club (only 11 seats sold) I got a firm no on that. I offered to pay for an upgrade, but this is not possible onboard..FFS!
