Service Hotline is really useless. "in our system your flights will be on time, we we can't do anything for you". Tried multiply times to explain that the inbound flight will be delayed, so of course the flight from Nanjing to Helsinki will also be delayed, but they just don'T believe that.
My parents in law doesn't speak any english. If they have to overnight in Helsinki because of the delayed flight, they really need a chinese speaking person to assist them there. I Hope Finnair has these persons in Helsinki.
Would be easy to rebook them to Lufthansa so they could be at their destination same day, but it looks like Finnair doesn't rebook to Lufthansa.
