It is easy to see/check. Look 24hours later and you see IHG calendar allows booking 1day later, so a rolling advance limit
Within this, the individual IHG hotels need first load their inventory/rates for IHG searches to return. Obviously hotel revenue managers do not load 1day/time, but in sensible blocks, eg add 1/2/3 cal month at a time, to be ahead of IHG 350day calendar for the most part.
The odd hotel may sometimes be slow to add net block of dates, and is thus not bookable the max date out from time to time
