Sure. You can take the TGV to Dijon (on the edge of the Burgundy region) for an easy day trip -- there's a train almost every hour, and it takes about 1h40min. Brussels would be another very good choice, with about the same time/same frequency as trains to Dijon. (The train to Brussels is called Thalys instead of TGV, but they're pretty much the same thing.)

Lille, too, but I find either Dijon or Brussels to be more interesting.
