PVD. Twelve minutes away. Easy to get to. Can often get dropped off. Have occasionally parked on neighborhood sidestreets and walked there. Parking otherwise is easy. Airport is seldom crowded.

3. How often do you fly from there?

Dozen times a year.

4. Do you fly out of other airports? Which? How often?

BOS occasionally. Usually for international flights. Twice a year.

5. How far do/are you willing to travel to get to the airport?

Willing to drive upwards of an hour for a flight. Boston can be quite a pain because parking for longer term flights can be expensive... and public transportation options from outside the city are not frequent enough.

6. When ORH did have service, did you ever use it? If no, why not?

No, did not really even think of it as an option. Would consider it if service returned and the price was right.
