As I've pointed out before, the Payless operation at PIT has been extremely good to me. I stopped using them because their prices jumped, possibly in order to not undercut their parent (Avis/Budget), which they were certainly doing.

I drove one of my extra cars out there and park it at the hotel for $10/month. What a deal.
