I think you can only get one rebate or the miles, as both forms state: "Offer is not combinable with any other rebate." One could argue that the miles are not a "rebate", but I don't think that will fly.

Too bad the $50 summer rebate promo expired 8/07. I'd rather have $50 than 2,500 DL miles.
