A few months back I managed to use the Emirates site to book a flight on QF using my Skywards miles. Route is SYD - BKK, had to use QF now that EK has stopped flying it.
I'm now trying to book the same flight for other dates (Jan 2nd to Feb 1st) but even when using the +/- 3 days option I get an error message. It's been the same for several days:

I have found the Emirates website to be pretty awful in general for trying to book partner flights. Is there any way to get it to work properly or do I need to phone them and try it that way instead?
