Olympics Village which will be used for a residential facility for athletes during 2020 Tokyo Olympics will be turned into condominium after the Olympics.
Olympics Village will be build around Harumi Ferry Terminal where closet station is subway Toei Oedo Line Katsudoki station. Mitsui Real Estate will turn the building into condominium and sales will start this July. The price starts from 50,000,000 yen (398 500 Euro or US$ 447,000). Occupancy is available starting from March 2023.
