They should put the Hi J on SFO-EWR.
They could have swapped out the Hi J 772 that went to IAH (UA 2352, 12:55am) this morning with this 320, and then sub it for one of the flights to EWR if it needed to be back there. That way they wouldn't have had two lay-flat fails in a row.
