Chelsea’s T&Cs for hospitality tickets specifically allow for a refund in the event of a date change - see

This lists authorized resellers, of which Viagogo is one. I would not have bought from a site not listed as an authorized reseller. Got notice this morning of the change from Viagogo but the only option is to accept the new date for the tickets, no refunds or ability to resell. My two options I see at this point are try to speak to ticket office directly in London or to dispute with AMEX.
