Like I said in my OP, I noticed this in my travels to ATL in the past two months. I had never left the ATL airport for the rental car center ever before. This must have been going on for some time. It appears my post must have finally gotten someone there to do something about it. I placed one sticker on it among hundreds. So what. FYI, I live in Cottage Grove, MN in the Highlands.
