Hi all, and a happy Easter. I made a booking last week on BA.com. The reservation shows on my account, but not on my mobile app or ipad app. I have tried logging in and out, and have also deleted the app and reloaded but all to no avail. I keep getting the same error message saying it is unable to show the booking, and that the details on my booking may not match my account. Strange one that as both bookings show normally online. Is there an IT glitch that other FTers are familiar with? Or do i need to call BA to get this sorted? Many thanks.

i had this problem a few months ago (with an avios.com redemption booking) - and it turned out that it was still sitting in the queue to be ticketed !
