Upgrading AF online

I'm sure this has been posted already, but if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it!
I have an AF ticket, rather than call and bug the FlyingBlue customer service, is there a way for me to check "upgrade with miles" in advance? I think I've seen it on KLM, but not sure about Af...
