I am traveling with two elderly guests that are limited with walking - are escalators and elevators available from the Shinkansen tracks to the main level, and from the main level to the hotel lobby? Is the walk from the station to the hotel fairly short and easy?

I am renting a car and will need to park it nearby - the hotel seems to have valet for 1500 which is not bad, but if there are much cheaper lots very close to the hotel, that would be a help - or even in the station if their 24hr rate is much cheaper.

Any recent reports of post-merger upgrades and overall Platinum treatment? Or is Titanium the new Platinum and I shouldn't expect much more than a Gold member?
As a Titanium elite we got free breakfast for 2 ppl at the restaurant by the lobby. Kids below 5 can eat there for free.

For entrance, you can do the following:
1. Exist the same level as McDonald's and take the sky bridge to get the the hotel lobby.
2. Go to the ground level in Shi-Osaka station, cross the street, then use the the elevator at the hotel to get to the lobby level.
