The next time you're at a hotel, get them to fax it for you. Or some better class restaurants if you have a good relationship with one. There is also software / website products that handle faxination (you upload a JPG or PDF, they fax it on). Alternatively there are working fax machines in T3, T5 and LGW in the lounges.
