Local Service Centre, for Partner Airlines Avios claim

Hi,
I am on the BA web site page titled "Airline Partners: Claim Missing Avios and Points" to try and claim missing Avios points after I flew on Alaska Airlines last month.
BA's web site says fax the form and proof to their local service centre. I do not have access to a fax machine.

What is the next option to get the relevant paperwork to BA or what is easiest route to get my missing Avios ?
