I stayed at PHM two weeks ago using FFNs. The rooms definitely cannot accomodate more than 2 people. Diamonds get continental breakfast in the atrium, or can use that amount (E26) towards the cost of a buffet or a la carte breakfast.

Service was excellent throughout, particularly by the concierges.
