Introduction This was my first stay here; most often I stay at the nearby Four Points or even Hilton Garden Inn in Chelsea. This was the least impressive to me.A nice lobby and restaurant: Room The room was tiny.The bathroom was the surprising highlight. If only I spent more time in the bathroom...sigh.The view from the 17th floor wasn't too bad:And at least the air con worked well: Service Again, the Courtyard lack of providing bottles of water for elites is a real downgrade from a Four Points IMO. Not impressive. Overall Not my favorite hotel. I'd prefer the Four Points and better service and bottled water provided. But my clients did like the restaurant in the lobby.
