Help please.

I"m trying to renew my GE and all looks good, except for my account profile and passport don't match. My passport lists first, middle, last name, but my Account profile in the new website lists only my middle initial, but when I tried to edit the information in the profile it won't let me change anything.

My thinking is that my account profile is slightly different than what is in my passport, but it asks for passport information ..

any thoughts?
