You are able to use any oneworld business lounge at HKG under oneworld rules assuming a same day connection.

If murphyjunk has sapphire then it doesn't matter whether it is a same-day connection or whether it is economy or business. KA is a oneworld affiliate and provides all standard oneworld élite benefits.
