Without some kind of govt./semi govt. support revival of 9W is impossible. With SBI showing their true colours.. it's hard to see how any investor will have any confidence in investing in 9W.
They would need some Government support for liabilities like Pension plans. They should make any Government support contingent on a full restructuring of the company. But for the purpose of this discussion, I think this is the only way that 9W could fly again
