Well actually GM got a $50 bil handout from the US Govt. Chrysler has been bailed out by the govt. several times as well. So they haven't quite gone through what 9W would need to.

Without some kind of govt./semi govt. support revival of 9W is impossible. With SBI showing their true colours.. it's hard to see how any investor will have any confidence in investing in 9W.
