Well, they would need to enter a full bankruptcy and eliminate all of their debts. Similar to the US car companies (General Motor & Chrylser) in 2009. They would also need to dump Mr. Goyal. Then there is a possibility of as 'new Jet Airways' flying again

Alternatively, a newer airline could swoop and pick up their assets, post bankruptcy. Maybe someone like Vistara

Whatever happens, it is ridiculous that we have to suffer with Jet/Air India being the only international indian airlines.
