Were you booked into D1 on LAX-JFK? I could see how absence of D1 flights into SWF would make the system hiccup. SEA-DTW-SWF ought to be an easy grant.
I wish we were D1. But no we’re actually on a BE skymiles ticket. At first, the agent said they’re 100% unchangeable but when I mentioned we go below the MCT then she agreed it should be changeable but held to her guns on no SWF
