2nd agent more friendly. She said that she would look into it. Came back and said 95,000 miles per person to change. I respectfully declined and thanked her for looking into.
Im curious if this is a new standard.
Would be helpful to know your full itinerary and what you would like to change to. You should be allowed any reasonable itinerary that same day with the same origin and destination. Changing your destination is always gonna be at the agent's discretion.
