I am in the midst of planning a trip to attend a wedding in Zurich. We have never been to Switzerland and my husband wants to include a few days in Scotland (Glasgow) on the way out (YYZ) . As we will most likely be in Switzerland while the Montreal Jazz Festival in on, it would be great if we could manage two or three days in Montreux.
We have fourteen days vacation. Is this doable? If so, which carriers should be consider? (So far, AC hasn't really come up with anything so there goes the Aeroplan points we've been sitting on for years!!
YYZ GLA ZRH in 1 ticket may be hard / expensive
You are probably better for YYZ to some airport in Eu and then train to ZRH (if not a direct flight) and a separate return air ticket to GLA/EDI
Or YYZ to EDI/GLA and separate tickets to ZRH.
Will be many options.
