You’ve made some patently incorrect statements on this subject before. Opinion should be presented as opinion, not incontrovertible fact— especially when the facts are lacking.
In my case, this is coming from someone who’s been through the entire, multi-year, FOIA process— specifically pertaining to global entry denial— with a specializing attorney and went to federal court on the matter.
