Well, the 2+ hours is the overall total wasted time, not the one-way driving time. Heck, it takes 30 minutes to get ANYWHERE in this town. Add in the time futzing around at the airport for the voucher/dealing with AA on the phone, and the rush hour penalty, and you easily reach 2 hours. Oh, and there was a stop at the Starbucks over by the rental cars.

Had things gone as planned, the timing would have been 1 hour for $109 savings, which seemed reasonable at the time.
