Interesting. I wanted to fly IST-BOM but TK wasn’t available. So KF offered IST-SIN-BOM as two separate tickets. The first person I spoke with claimed it’s back tracking hence refused to issue as one redemption. But another person later agreed to do so. Obviously the rules are open to interpretation leeway?
