If you flew 6000 miles on CX in S class (25%) your base (also EQM) would be 1500 miles + 1500 miles for MVPG Elite bonus as RDM only.
If you are logged into your AA account and add a different FF# in your reservation both FF#s will be attached. I ran into issues with this flying AA internationally. On my last AA flight PVR-PHX I inquired with the check-in agent to confirm my AS FF# and was advised that both my AA & AS numbers were on file. I asked them to remove the AA number which she was able to do. I had no issues with the flight posting to AS. Maybe something to keep in mind.

I know the 70% is correct (I fare) - my problem was that the check-in agent(s) both on the outbound and return assured me that miles would credit to AS and the return agent claimed she could NOT see any AA # just could see the AS# - which is all that printed on the bp - yet the miles credited to AA. When I called to find out how JL could have done this - I was told as I posted - so JL has great service, planes, food but confusing issues about complex mile crediting

(I've actually never had mileage credit to an airline that was not on the bp before)
For JL I class I don't thing AS status matters - as I have none and got 70% of base miles and the same amount for the bonus (eg flew 10000 got 7000 +7000 14k miles)- I'm only talking about RDM
